Cookie Policy
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files a website stores on your device. Endtara uses essential cookies to run the service and, only if you accept them, analytics cookies on the public website.
2. Cookies we use
- Session and authentication: technical cookies that keep your session signed in to the dashboard. They are essential and do not require consent.
- Preferences: browser local storage to remember interface settings.
3. Analytics (only with your consent)
On the public website (never in the dashboard) we use, only after you accept them:
- Google Analytics (loaded via Google Tag Manager): aggregate statistics about visits and navigation.
- Microsoft Clarity: heatmaps and session replays of the public site, to understand where visitors struggle.
None of these load until you accept them in the consent banner. You can change your mind at any time:
4. The Endtara widget
When a customer installs the Endtara widget on their website, the widget uses the visitor's browser storage solely for its operation (for example, to remember feedback already submitted). It does not carry out advertising tracking nor share data with third parties for marketing purposes.
5. Managing cookies
You can block or delete cookies from your browser settings. Please note that, if you block technical cookies, you may not be able to sign in or use the dashboard.
6. Changes
We will update this policy if the cookies we use change. We will publish the current version here together with its date.
