EndtaraEndtara

Come build the tool teams wish they had.

Endtara turns messy website feedback into something precise and human — anyone can point at the exact element and explain it with a screenshot, voice, or 15-second video. We're a small, remote team that cares a lot about craft, and we're looking for a few people to build the next chapter with us.

Life at Endtara

Remote-first, human-always.

We're small on purpose. That means more ownership, fewer meetings, and the room to do the best work of your career — looked after properly while you do it.

Fully remote, for real

Work from wherever you do your best thinking. No office, no relocation, no “back to the desk.” We care about what you ship, not where you sit.

Spotify, YouTube & Netflix on us

Premium accounts for all three, paid by Endtara. Good work needs a good soundtrack — and somewhere to switch off when the day is done.

We get together once a year

Once a year the whole team meets up somewhere good — to build, eat, and remember there are humans behind the avatars. Flights and stay covered.

Gear budget, no questions

A budget to upgrade your computer and whatever else you need to work comfortably — new laptop, a second screen, a proper chair, a better mic.

Open roles

Three ways to shape what we build.

Every role here is remote and full-time. Don't tick every box? Tell us anyway — we hire for people, not checklists.

Software Engineer

1 openingRemote · Full-time

You'll own real features end to end — from the embeddable widget that lives on our customers' sites, to the dashboard their teams triage in, to the API that ties it together.

What you'll do

  • Ship across the stack: the vanilla-TS widget (Shadow DOM, no dependencies), the Next.js dashboard, and the API.
  • Take a problem from a rough idea to something in production that people actually use.
  • Sweat the details — performance, accessibility, the small interactions that make a tool feel good.

What we're looking for

  • A few years building real web products with TypeScript and React.
  • You're comfortable with ambiguity and like owning things, not waiting to be told.
  • Product sense: you care about the user, not just the ticket.

Customer Support

2 openingsRemote · Full-time

You'll be the human voice of Endtara — the person who turns a confused “it's not working” into “oh, that's brilliant.” Agencies and product teams will remember you.

What you'll do

  • Help customers install the snippet, set up projects, and get their first feedback flowing.
  • Answer fast and kindly across email and chat — like a real person, because you are one.
  • Spot patterns and feed them straight back to product. You'll shape what we build next.

What we're looking for

  • Genuine empathy and clear, warm writing.
  • Enough technical curiosity to read a snippet, open a browser console, and not panic.
  • Bonus: you speak Spanish — our product and customers are bilingual (EN/ES).

Sales Manager

1 openingRemote · Full-time

You'll build our sales motion from the ground up. First sales hire, real ownership — you'll talk to agencies and product teams, show them the magic, and bring them on board.

What you'll do

  • Run demos that make people go “wait, I can just point at the page?”
  • Own the pipeline end to end and close both lifetime and monthly deals.
  • Turn what you hear in calls into pricing, positioning, and product feedback.

What we're looking for

  • B2B SaaS sales experience and a consultative, no-pressure style.
  • You're energized — not scared — by being early and building the process yourself.
  • You listen more than you pitch.

How hiring works

Three honest steps. No endless loops.

The whole process usually wraps in a couple of weeks. We'll keep you posted at every step — being left in silence is the worst, and we won't do that to you.

1

A first chat

A relaxed 30-minute call to get to know each other. Who you are, what you've built, what you're looking for. No trick questions — we promise.

2

Show us how you think

A small, paid practical task or a deep dive into your past work — whatever fits the role. We look at how you reason, not whether you memorized the right answer.

3

Meet the team

A final conversation with the people you'd work with day to day. By the end, both sides should feel genuinely excited. Then we make you an offer.
