Terms of Service
1. Who we are
Endtara is a service provided by [RAZÓN SOCIAL], with tax ID [NIF] and registered office at [DIRECCIÓN]. By creating an account or using the service you accept these terms.
2. The service
Endtara is a contextual visual feedback platform for websites: it lets you point to elements on a page and leave anchored comments, with screenshot, technical metadata, voice and video, which the team manages as tasks.
3. Account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for the activity on your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
4. Plans, payment and cancellation
- The current plans and prices are shown in the application. Payments are processed through Stripe.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the start of each period unless you cancel before the renewal.
- You may cancel at any time from the settings; you will retain access until the end of the period already paid for.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Endtara for:
- Unlawful activities or activities that infringe the rights of third parties.
- Installing the widget on websites for which you do not have authorization.
- Uploading illegal or malicious content, or content that infringes the intellectual property of third parties.
- Attempting to abuse, overload or compromise the security of the service.
6. Your content
The feedback, screenshots and media you collect remain yours. You grant us a limited license to host and process them for the sole purpose of providing you with the service.
7. Availability
We work to keep the service available, but it is provided «as is», without any warranty of uninterrupted availability, especially during initial or trial phases.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Endtara shall not be liable for indirect damages or loss of profit arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service.
9. Termination
You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or cancel accounts that breach these terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals that apply under the relevant regulations.
