Comparison

Endtara vs all platforms

Three tools solve this problem well. What separates them isn't the feature list — it's what happens when your team grows and when the client has to use it. Every figure below comes from their own published pricing page.

Endtara

One payment. Unlimited users, unlimited projects, one line of script.

The comparison

What we actually compare

  1. 01

    What growing costs

Not the entry price: the price once the whole team is in. Every one of them charges per seat, so the bill grows with the people you add.

  2. 02

Seats and projects at the same time

Some give unlimited projects, others plenty of seats. The interesting question is what it costs to have both at once.

  3. 03

What the client has to do

Whether the person reviewing needs an account, an invite, or software on their machine before they can tell you something is broken.

  4. 04

How much it gets in the way

You're reviewing a design. How much of the page the tool covers while you do it stops being a detail after the second round.

Unlimited projects, but the team is the ceiling

Endtara vs BugHerd

BugHerd is the most established of the three and gives unlimited projects from its entry plan — that part is true and we're not going to pretend otherwise. The ceiling is people: 5 members for $50/mo, and every extra member is $8/mo on top. An agency of fifteen doesn't pay the entry price, it pays the entry price plus ten seats, month after month.

Both ceilings at once

Endtara vs Marker.io

Marker.io caps seats and projects on the same plan: 3 users and 10 projects for $39/mo, with extra seats at $6/mo. Its integrations with Jira and Linear are genuinely good, so if your workflow lives there it earns its place. But taking on your eleventh client means changing plan, not just adding a project.

You have to ask what it costs

Endtara vs Usersnap

Usersnap doesn't publish prices: its plans list seats and projects but no figures, so we can't put a number here without inventing it. What it does publish is the shape of the limits — from 5 seats and 5 projects on the entry plan up to 50 and 50. Its survey and NPS side is broader than ours; if that's what you're buying, it's a fair choice.

Where they beat us

They've been at this for years and it shows: deeper integration catalogues, teams to call when something breaks, and features Endtara simply doesn't have yet. If you need a native Jira workflow today, or you're buying surveys and NPS rather than visual feedback, one of them will serve you better than we will. We're new, our roadmap is public, and we'd rather you know that before you pay than after.

Figures taken from each company's public pricing page, checked by hand on July 25, 2026. Prices in USD as published. If any of this is out of date, tell us and we'll correct it.

One payment, no seats to count.

Unlimited users and projects, a widget that stays out of the way, and one line of script to install it.
